Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
